Policy of exchanges or returns
By making a purchase at Almondcoco Boutique I agree to have read the exchange or return policy.
IMPORTANT: We do not handle total returns or refunds after delivery, only changes of size or garment.
All sales are final. No changes are made unless there is a factory defect or incorrect order.
1) If you have already placed your order and wish to cancel it, you will be reimbursed the cost of the garment and shipping, however, 25% of the cost of the total order will be deducted for payment of commissions and order handling.
To make a cancellation, it must be done within 48 hours of making the purchase.
2) If your package or your garment is damaged (stains, breaks, incomplete order) send us a message within 24 hours after delivery to be able to make your change completely FREE, since your order has a default guarantee of factory.
3) If the wrong garment or size was sent to you, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your order to make the change completely FREE.
4) If you require a change due to the customer's error, this will have an additional cost of 100% of the extra shipping chosen. For this type of change you will have to send us a message within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Customer error includes: error in choice of size, changes because the garment did not fit the customer having chosen the size after seeing the size guide of our social networks, error in choice of color, error in choice of quantities.

IMPORTANT: For all changes, the returned garment must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, washed, and must be delivered as received, with its original thank you card and in an envelope or shipping box to be covered by the customer.
